2016年10月阿根廷驻洛杉矶使馆签证经验

之前研究这件事的时候没有在网上找到近期的持中国护照在美国获取阿根廷旅游签证的攻略，于是想着分享自己的经验也许对像我一样曾经忐忑的人有所帮助。:)

搜到一些年代久远的记录，众口一词的抱怨任性的领馆，邮件回复慢，有时甚至要一两周的时间才有人理你，面签时有工作人员很严厉，会吼去询问的人。想想就头大，决定早些开始联系。领馆官网给出的步骤是先给所在辖区指定的领馆发邮件，告知计划去阿国的时间，需要何种签证，以及自己是什么身份（国籍/工作签证/绿卡），接着领馆会发来一份你需要准备的材料清单，备齐所有材料再用电子邮件发给领馆，他们确认合格后会约定面谈时间，最后就是带齐原件去领馆面试。

7月末的一天一早醒来看到消息说阿根廷对有欧美签证的中国籍游客免签，只想哈-哈-哈，得意的以为阿国政府一定是听到了我心底的呼唤。但很长一段时间只能查到阿国某华人报纸的一条新闻而已，都没有官方说明。后来领馆确认只有持有有效美国旅游签证和申根签证才可以免去面谈，直接在一个叫AVE的系统缴费就可以了。对此阿国给出的解释是如果可以满足美签的严苛要求，想必也是可以满足我们要求的。然而工作签和绿卡都不在其列。后面见到签证官的时候还问她来着，明明获得工作签和绿卡一点也不比旅游签容易啊。:( 签证官说如果一个人有美国的旅游签证则更有可能会回到原住地而不是滞留阿根廷。心里默默表示有工作签或者绿卡才更不会滞留好嘛。不理解南美国的逻辑。 ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

阿国签证90天有效，因此太早办理也行不通。我需要12月及1月两次入境，算了下日子最早去签证大概是10月。9月下旬同洛杉矶领馆发了第一封邮件，第二天一早就收到回复，并且他们已经在邮件标题标注了我的名字和入境月份，感觉很有条理呢。等我把材料按顺序排好加了书签发给领馆，领馆隔了一天就回信了，在我给出的日子范围里挑了最早的一天面谈，时间大约是那封邮件十天后，并且很体贴的给了我早上11:30的一档。

担心洛杉矶早上的交通以及飞机晚点的可能，还是头天晚上过去了，住在和领馆一条街的一间酒店。早上退房的时候问前台西裔大叔领馆附近好不好停车。大叔说街趴是打表的，万一超时就麻烦了，可以把车停酒店坐门口的公车去。还很热心的出来给我指公交站在哪儿，告诉我来回都坐到哪一站下。出门在外获得陌生人的善意和帮助总是让人很感激。

阿国驻洛杉矶领馆在一栋不是很高的办公楼里，入口没有很明显。一楼前台老爷爷查了证件还问了预约时间以及是哪个领馆就放我上二楼了。领馆在一个套间里，等候区也不大，几排椅子，更像小诊所的休息区。三个窗口，在其中一个登记后，就坐下等待叫号。很快有个特别好看又很和善的小姑娘喊我的名字，收走了所有材料让我稍坐。五分钟不到，签证官就出来叫我去里间她的办公室了。和气的签证官只问了一个问题，你去干嘛。又当面翻了下行程，说看不出有什么问题，护照下周就能收到啦，还一再强调最晚周五。

传说中很难搞的阿国签证曾经让我很是担心，毕竟年初就订了票，而信用卡自带的以及专门购买的旅行保险都不包括被拒签的情况。但这次从进领馆到办完出来二十分钟，是我经历过最快的一次面签呢。↖(^ω^)↗ 大概是之前期望很低亦或是几年间领馆有所改进，感觉服务还是蛮好的，态度友好也很有效率。

下面是洛杉矶领馆9/26/16给的申请材料清单仅供参考。具体需要准备什么还是要亲自和领馆联系以领馆回复为准哦~

Please PRINT and fill out the visa application attached to this email answering all the questions; write your name as it is written in your passport; write your home and business telephone numbers. PLEASE FILL OUR THE APPLICATION FORM BY HAND, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT. (Do not bring a double sided copy, and do not staple the pages together).

1. Valid passport (with blank pages to stamp the visa). Copy of the passport page where the photo and signature of the passport carrier is. It has to be actual size of the passport, do not enlarge it or minimize it.

2. Proof of legal status in the United States, copy of your green card or visa that allows you to stay in the U.S.A. And it’s copy.

3. Proof of economic resources, copy of your checking/savings bank statements for the last 3 months (with your name on it, please include all pages) from a bank in the United States. (It must prove valid funds that will be sufficient for the applicant’s stay in Argentina).

4. Letter of verification of employment (Original), signed by the employer (Including name & last name of the person signing the letter); the letter must be dated with a date near your visa interview appointment not from previous years.

- If the applicant is a full time student, please provide a letter from the university saying the applicant is a full time student and copy of the applicant’s I-20.

5. Hotel reservation (with the applicant’s name on it) for the length of applicant’s stay in Argentina.

- If the applicant is staying in a friend’s home, she/he has to write a letter saying the dates that you are going to stay, address, telephone number and your friend’s D.N.I. number (is the Argentinean ID number). The letter has to be signed in front of an Escribano (Notary) and legalized by a Colegio de Escribanos (Notary´s Board).

6. Flight itinerary showing a round trip with the applicant’s name on it issued by the airline, showing the date the applicant enters and exits Argentina.

- If the applicant enters by bus the applicant has to submit the bus ticket or confirmation from the bus company showing when the applicant enters and exits Argentina.

- If the applicant enters by cruise line, the applicant has to show the itinerary with his/her name on it, showing when he/she enters and exits Argentina.

9. 1 color passport photograph. Please glue one photograph of the applicant in the visa application on the second page where it says photo, please cut the photo if it is too big.

10. Visa fee $50 dls. MONEY ORDER (payable to the Consulate General of Argentina).

11. Proof of real state property or lease contract with the applicant´s name on it.

12. The visa process takes 7 days. Expedite process cost US$40.00 money order payable to the Consulate General of Argentina and takes 72 hours.

- Postal remittances
For reasons beyond the responsibility of this Consulate General, originated in collection problems by private couriers from their customers, until further notice this Consulate General will only accept and remit back prepaid envelopes via “USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate.

The envelopes shall indicate the Consulate General of Argentina (Consulate General and Promotion Center of the Argentine Republic in Los Angeles, 5055 Wilshire Blvd Suite 210, Los Angeles, CA 90036) as the sender and yourself as recipient. It will also be necessary to include information on the shipping tracking number to help track the envelope.
